The hut enjoys a wonderful location in the midst of nature in northern Sweden, just 600 metres from Lake Kroksjön.
This wooden hut is on a forested site with three other houses. It has a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed with mattresses measuring 80 x 200cm. The living and dining room with a kitchen unit provides a sofa, a dining table with chairs and another bunk bed. You can cook on a gas stove. A wood-burning stove provides heating. The hut does not have electricity, nor running water. You can get drinking water from the owner and use water from the well 200 metres away for washing. There is no proper bathroom. You can bath in the lake or in the river, or at Folkets House in Ytterhogdal. There is a dry toilet in a small, separate building 10 metres away.
At the lake you can go fishing, swimming or row a boat. Two parking spaces are provided.
You can discover elk and other wild animals, and enjoy the fresh air of the surrounding forests. The nearest locality is 25km away, where you can find all essential everyday amenities, as well as shops and restaurants.
