This cosy Swedish house with a sauna and fireplace stove is on the edge of a little village in the countryside. The house is on an elevation and you can look out over the village from there.The property is fenced to the driveway. In the large garden with fruit trees you can relax, jog in the adjacent forest, go for a walk or collect berries and mushrooms. A terrace and on-site parking are also available. For the garden there is a table and chairs as well as sunbeds and a barbecue. In cooler weather, you can also sit on the porch. The house is quiet. In winter, there is an illuminated cross-country ski run, which can be used for jogging in summer.The house has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. It is nicely decorated, with a cozy living room and a large kitchen with dining table. The kitchen is equipped with Swedish fitted wardrobes. The house also has a washing machine, which is located in the basement. It can be received via the satellite system German TV programs. Internet access is available. From summer 2017, there is Wi-Fi and a dishwasher in the house. In the basement there is a shower and a solid wood sauna, which invite you to relax.
